I’ve been a Geoshield customer for a couple years now. Up until my recent transaction, I’ve had a good experience, uneventful. Ordered a roll of film with a two day delivery. It will be 4 before it arrives. Yesterday I was told it would arrive today, however that information was not accurate and has caused issues for my customer and the delivery time I promised. Customers don’t love being told one thing and sold another. I don’t, and certainly my clients definitely do not. Making it right, seemed like a huge ask for Geoshield. All the while, I, as the servicer, am having to suffer from the reputational hit.

Very disappointing experience with GeoShield. As a professional window tint installer, I depend on consistent quality from the materials I purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with GeoShield has been extremely frustrating. I received defective rolls of Apex Ultra (their top and most expensive film) multiple times. After reporting the issue and providing videos and proof, the solution was to send replacements. However, this happened more than five times, meaning I kept receiving rolls that had the same problem. If the film was not defective, as they later claimed, then why did they replace it five different times? This situation caused a huge loss of time, productivity, and unnecessary stress, especially when you are trying to run a business and serve customers professionally. What made the situation even worse was the final response I received, which was essentially that “GeoShield might not be a good fit for you.” Instead of acknowledging the issue and resolving it properly, the problem was dismissed. Great films, great company, and great academy! I took the Geoshield Academy beginner tinting class in February and man it was an amazing experience. The whole team treated my classmates and I like kings! Brent, Chase, and guest trainer Shady Jay, were phenomenal and have continued to be phenomenal since. The class ended almost a month ago but they still offer assistance where it’s needed. The whole team is incredible and if I could give them 100 stars I would. I’ve placed multiple orders with them since February and all my orders arrive within 3 days!

While the film speaks for itself, the company culture and the team make the biggest difference and sets them apart!

Absolutely love this film! (Specifically the C2 and C+ lines) Shrinks great and sticks great. Really sturdy and some of the best clarity I’ve seen! Honestly 10/10 on film quality alone but customer service is also great and everything always ships quick!
